Mckenna Seger

Hello! My name is Mckenna and I'm from Austin, Texas. I always loved traveling and recently, I got to live in Madrid for one year as an au pair. I came home to save up money and I'm trying to get back to Madrid to live there!

I will arrive in July as soon as I receive my student visa. I love getting out of my comfort zone. I have skydived twice, I did stand-up comedy eight times and I also lived in the woods for thirty days backpacking and canoeing.

I have been scuba diving since I was twelve years-old and I volunteered at a vervet monkey sanctuary for a month in South Africa. What I find most important is enjoying life and cherishing the relationships you have.

I have worked at a famous café in Dripping Springs, Texas called Thyme and Dough. I have also worked as a barista and bartender at a local business in Austin called Emerald Tavern. I love getting to create delicious beverages for guests with building relationships being a very important part of the job.

I have a bachelor's degree in elementary education. Studying how to teach children has also allowed me to see how adults learn and I find the teacher skills I've developed come in handy for a variety of job types.

I also have a B.2 certificate from Cronopios Idiomas from 2023.
