My research background focuses on the intersection of tissue culture, food science, and molecular biology. I have extensive experience in the tissue culture of potato, orchid, banana, and strawberry, as well as pollen culture in rice.

• Analytical Chemistry: Proficiency in HPLC, LC-MS/MS, and GC-MS, specifically for investigating folates and their derivatives.
• Molecular Biology: CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing (knockout and overexpression), primer design, and various molecular cloning techniques.
