• Administer off-label Transcranial Pulse Stimulation (TPS) treatments for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, autism spectrum disorder, and as adjunctive therapy for TMS patients.
• Monitored patients receiving intramuscular ketamine injections concurrently with TMS treatments, providing continuous one-hour observation to ensure hemodynamic stability, assess mental status changes, and maintain a safe therapeutic environment; adhered to established safety protocols, documented real-time clinical observations, and promptly identified and communicated adverse responses to providers to mitigate risk and support optimal treatment outcomes.
• Administer Spravato (esketamine) in compliance with REMS program requirements, including 2-hour post-administration monitoring and strict documentation standards.
• Perform daily vital signs assessments (blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, height, weight) and drug screenings to ensure patient safety prior to psychiatric interventions.
• Prepare and optimize provider schedules by e-forcing and confirming patient appointments one week and one day in advance to enhance clinic efficiency, reduce no-show rates, and promote continuity of psychiatric care while minimizing risk of provider shopping.
