I have worked in the food industry and in a retail setting, allowing me to be confident in my customer service skills. Which is showcased in my high satisfaction rates, highest in goals, meeting sales goals, or waiting on up to 10 tables at a time while making sure all guests are content and have a good experience by connecting with each of them. Also able to adapt to new settings and tasks easily which is why my employers always trust me enough to fill in for other positions when needed because they are confident in my ability to learn the same day and adapt quick.

I am also a team player and want nothing more than for the team to succeed together, meaning helping each other out to maintain a good image for the brand without recognition needed. Can easily multi-task and work under stress in fast and slow paced environments. I'm always up for a challenge and bettering my skills!

Been a waitress since I was 16 from bakery stores to Applebees, up to Yardhouse being my most recent. Also worked at the Pacsun Flagship store which is the face of the brand. Meaning the store is photographed frequently for PacSun social media pages, requiring the store to be at perfection always, store also hosts events requiring more tasks than your usual retail sales associate.

Currently a student at Pasadena Community college majoring in psychology hoping to apply to transfer fall of 2023.
