About
I’m newly graduated from the Speech Language and Hearing Sciences program at the University of Colorado, seeking to apply my specified skills in communication, literacy, critical thinking, and human centered analysis to a professional environment. These skills come together to help me connect easily with others. Throughout my academic and work experience I have developed my skills in writing, editing, organization, interpreting consumer needs, and most of all going above and beyond for customer service.
Alongside my studies I built and managed my own nanny business over the past six years, serving more than 15 clients and developing strong skills in client relations, scheduling, and professional communication. In the past two years I have expanded my experience through front desk and facility management roles, which have helped me to strengthen my abilities in customer service, multitasking, and administrative operations in fast-paced situations. I am now looking to enter a role that allows me to apply these skills I have developed in previous positions, while also learning more about professional settings I am looking to be a part of.
