Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with various early-stage companies and alongside some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the Twin Cities. I have led organizations in good times, as well as the more challenging times. In each circumstance, I relied upon my commitment to collaborative leadership, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to develop trust and resolve complex challenges. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin, which has provided a foundation in critical thinking and problem-solving.

Each position has honed my ability to lead teams, develop and execute strategic initiatives, and drive operational success.
