As a Project Manager for Mark Anthony Construction and owner of Mike G’s Home Improvements, I successfully directed day-to-day operations, managed multiple large-scale projects, and maintained clear communication with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. My earlier experience as Owner and Project Manager at Island Landscape Corp and as a Foreman with Scalamandre Construction strengthened my expertise in team management, heavy equipment operation, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
