In my COO role, I increased revenue generation from 0.5 million annually to 3.8 million (158% increase) by increasing recurring revenue sales, deploying financial strategies to transform the company from a time/materials consulting service to product-based solutions.

This was largely due to leading a project to implement a business management platform to include a ticketing system, billing system, sales and a CRM that met our business needs.
