I used to be a firefighter and an emergency room nurse, so I am used to helping people my whole life. My father is a culinary school trained chef who has taught me everything I know throughout my life. I grew up working at my family's grocery store, so I have always worked in customer service. So now I have moved on to working in the hospitality industry. I have worked at 14 different restaurants and bars in my life. I have worked every position so I understand the needs of my teammates. I have been manager at 9 of the restaurants. I understand budgeting and promotion and I feel I have a lot to offer. I know how to keep a good inventory and ordering. I understand the importance of managing, hiring, scheduling and training. This will form a well informed team that wants to work together and give high quality customer service. I want to find a restaurant to manage and bring my education and experience to make a great environment.
I was a firefighter for 15 years. I was and ER nurse for 15 years. I grew up working at my families grocery store, but my first job was in a restaurant. I worked every position in a restaurant, BOH and FOH. I have returned to the restaurants and now I am in management.
I went to city colleges to get degrees and licenses for my careers in firefighting and nursing. Then I decided to further my career in nursing by getting my bachelors. While I was at University of Texas I got another bachelors in Business Administration.
