Michaela Talley

I have dedicated my life to being a public servant. I’ve worked for 30 years in law-enforcement, holding a position with South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon services for 27 years before retiring at an early age. I was the agent in charge of a county office for the state of South Carolina.

I currently hold a CrossFit level one coaching certification. I believe you cannot put a price on Health and human interaction. I have an undoubtable neck for detail and an unstoppable work ethic.

South Carolina Department of Probation Parole and Pardon services for 27 years. I held the position of Agent in Charge for the Dorchester County Office, where I was in charge of the daily operations; supervised all stuff and field agents; supervised General Sessions Court; conducted warrant sweeps; conducted interviews and investigations; etc. I created, with our three person team, the first electronic filing system for a state agency in South Carolina.

I was then promoted as the first of two Compliance and Performance coordinator. I conducted internal investigations, developed new programs, assisted offices with efficiency in progress issues, conducted audits, instructed at the Criminal Justice Academy etc.
