As a Van Lead, I am responsible for managing my team members that transport cars to different locations while following all safety protocols. Also responsible for communicating with direct supervisors and relaying information back to them, evaluating parts while ensuring that the requirements of the customer are met. Documentation of repair / testing / assembly activities – cause of failure, actions taken, parts used, labor hours, etc.
Inspecting units for damage, Final inspection and completion of inspection report. Signing and documenting date compliance sheets. Adherence to all safety, quality, company rules and regulations. I also coordinate breaks to ensure high productivity, filling out the necessary paperwork on a daily basis.

At Dale Prentice Co. offers a variety of Valves that are used at many different companies. On occasions these valves need actuators to assisted them. I have the appropriate training and knowledge required to assemble the actuation packages the customer needs. This includes, but not limited to, the pre wiring of solenoid, limit switches and other accessories associated with the actuation packages. I also test the modified packages to insure that they are functioning properly.
I also work part time managing the warehouse and recently taken on the role of Expediting/Purchasing Personnel. I am responsible for the buying of products from several different vendors. I determine how much inventory we need and send over the Purchase Order to the vendor.
I complete the whole process of counting inventory, determining how much inventory we need to carry on the shelf, buying the product, receiving and quality inspecting the product, and shipping it out of the door when its ordered by a customer.
