Having recently completed my Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Grace Christian University [3.89 GPA] in September 2025, with an undergraduate in Business Management, and preparing for transitioning into the civilian sector upon retirement from the Army, I am eager to potentially apply my leadership experience, biblical foundation, and passions to serve the Body of Christ and general community.
Military Leadership Experience: For over 17 years, I have served as a Senior Human Resources Noncommissioned Officer in the U.S. Army, where I have led, mentored, and counseled Soldiers (of all ages and stages of life) through diverse challenges. Throughout my military career, God has cultivated in me a deep passion for discipleship, youth development, and family ministry.
While my professional role has been in a secular environment, I have consistently lived out a Christian worldview and been vocal about my faith in my various leadership roles.
Additionally, my experience in coaching, counseling, and suicide prevention leadership has equipped me to care for individuals and families holistically.
