Hi! My name is Miranda Kress. Im originally from West Virginia, went to undergrad in Athens, OH, and graduate school at IU! I recently graduated and I'm looking for a job! I’m a reliable and customer-focused person with extensive experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where strong communication and teamwork are essential.

I have a background in customer service and healthcare settings, which has strengthened my ability to stay organized, multitask, and remain calm while managing multiple priorities at once. In my previous roles, I’ve worked closely with people, anticipating needs, providing attentive support, and making sure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. I’m comfortable handling busy shifts, collaborating with a team, and stepping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
