I've been working at a Law Firm over a year has been a really great experience. Main task is to take phone calls, multitask, do ongoing and outgoing mail, scanning, saving and attaching files and scheduling clients for appointments. I love being a receptionist it's the first thing a client sees and love to greet them and welcome them with a nice smile.
