I thrive on learning new technology, software applications and database systems and strive to find ways of putting new skills to use where they can help boost productivity and improve customer relationships.
My most recent position was in Customer, Sales and Administrative Support and Project Cost Estimating at Metropolitan West (MetWest) in Long Beach, CA, where I provided product technical support for current and new customers as well as the supported the sales and marketing teams. Additionally, I acted as the Office Administrator, handling mail, remote bank deposits, ordering supplies and processing purchase orders and accounts payable transactions.
Currently, I am working as a Guest Services Agent for Metro Cruise Services at Carnival’s Long Beach port where I review passenger boarding documents, check the passengers in for their cruise and direct them throughout the ship boarding process.
Throughout my career I have been involved in customer service in one form or another at each of the companies where I was employed.
