About

Communication Studies graduate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with hands-on experience in administrative operations, constituent services, and visual storytelling. I’ve worked inside a congressional office managing correspondence, records, and case routing, and I’m currently supporting the Congressional Management Foundation’s work strengthening Congress and constituent engagement. Since 2020, I’ve also run my own digital content business, Natalie Jo Photography, handling everything from client relationships and scheduling to branding and content.

I bring organization, clear communication, and a calm, client-focused approach to fast-moving work.
