Nate Booker

I have 1.5 years of experience as a shift supervisor/leader. I have learned how to be assistant management for my current job when help was needed. I have roughly 2 years of work experience. I'm well respected in the workplace for co-operation and work ethic, as well as enforcing or picking up responsibilities.

After my first 2 months of working, I was promoted to be shift leader. This was purely because of work-ethic and team-coordination skills. I was working night shifts full-time while still in high school.

After graduatuon, I went morning shift full-time and built my school schedule around it. Currently, the manager has left my job and I am nearly a fill-in for the position. I was offered manager and assistant manager positions, I was also given time to consider.

When I agreed to become manager, they declined the position and offered a raise. I still currently do manager tasks to help employee environment.

I am current enrolled in Hinds Community College - Raymond Campus. I graduated from Clinton High School.
