Decisive, detail-oriented, and proactive leader. A flexible manager able to rapidly learn job requirements and fill business needs. Has worked in administrative and operational roles in the military, up to Executive Officer of a logistics company of 149 employees. A teacher, motivator, and proactive professional capable of exceeding job requirements and motivating a team.

I started my career in the Army as a logistics officer, and was stationed with a Field Artillery unit in Fort Sill, OK. During this time I had the opportunity to complete a nine month rotational deployment to Korea, and also was responsible for the re-supply of multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) and the readiness of Battalion equipment at all times. I had the opportunity to forge relationships with leaders of all backgrounds, and this experience provided the foundation for my determination to achieve maximum success.

After switching to the civilian sector, I entered into Global Lending Services as a Operations Manager in Collections. I currently manage a team of ten to fifteen agents in a fast paced environment with a lot of growth. I have had several opportunities to lead teams in support of other departments, as well as partner with leaders in the organization to create positive impacts in Collections to include a survey to identify opportunities in the organization, as well as continue to train, mentor and coach agents to help assist customers pay on delinquent car loans.

I went to school at the University of California, Santa Barbara where I majored in Linguistics, and completed the Reserve Officer Training Course. I had the opportunity to study Mandarin Chinese and Arabic, as well as have the opportunity to lead and motivate people while I prepared for my career in the military.
