Attended weekly administrative and support service meetings
Designed and implemented a virtual Read Across America action plan geared towards classroom teachers for the week of Dr. Seuss which included a Bitmoji classroom and student activities.
Presented Read Across America action plan to both the administrative team and faculty to introduce activities and resources.
Worked closely with school principal and facilities to design and implement an action plan geared to prepare the school from virtual instruction to full in class return.
Rearranged classroom furniture, student desks and materials according to CDC guidelines.
Arranged potential classroom sites to alleviate high volume capacities within classrooms.

Design, plan and organize teaching environments for students of all learning levels within Kindergarten and First Grade for all subjects.
Develop and implement plans for whole group, centers and differentiated instructions for ELA, Mathematics and ESL students within Kindergarten and First Grade.
Follow both Union City curriculum and New Jersey State Curriculum to design lessons and develop academic goals for students to reach marking period benchmarks.
Organized monthly school wide events including Holiday events, talent shows, fund raisers, field day, field trips, Read Across America and school decorations within a beautification committee.
Held weekly meetings with committee members to discuss upcoming events and progress on current events.
Organized indicators with team members within a STEM committee to present to the Board of Education to become a Future Ready School.
Collected and organized evidence according to indicator and placed them into individual binders for presentation.
