Nina Kurth

Nina Kurth is a globally experienced Enterprise Strategist and AI Adoption Leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS), with over 25 years of experience advising C-level executives and global enterprises on strategy, technology, operations, and transformation. Her career spans Europe, Asia-Pacific, China, and North America, where she has consistently driven profitable revenue growth in highly regulated industries, particularly banking, insurance, and healthcare.

In her current role, Nina advises business and IT leaders on AI strategy, innovation, and AI adoption at Amazon’s most strategic enterprise customers, helping leaders navigate shifts to cloud and agentic AI enterprise. Nina is AWS-certified AI and cloud technologist. She leads hybrid teams of humans and AI agents, and has scaled AI within AWS professional services, delivering $1.3B in billable bookings in North America and LATAM in 2025.

She holds an MBA from University of Adelaide in Australia and a BBA from Acadia University in Canada. She has completed executive education at Wharton (AI Strategy and Governance), Harvard Business School (Technology Entrepreneurship; Leading Transformation), London Business School, and Boston University Graduate School of Management, and is currently completing AI Fluency at Anthropic Academy and AI course at Google.
