I was not considering a career change until I discovered this opening in the process of researching something else about Mattel/toy business in general, so to say this position feels like a dream opportunity I was destined for is an understatement.

I don't want to sound like such a mark for your product that it works to my detriment, so I'll just get out of the way that I am not obsessed with it and have managed to engage with it in a healthy way into my adult years.

However, it is ALSO true that my earliest childhood memory is receiving Battle Armor He-Man and Skeletor for Christmas and instantly becoming hooked on the Masters line until I naturally moved on to other things, and that by also re-engaging with 200x MOTU as I was leaving the nest and finding myself, and now getting back into Masters, WWE, and other properties as a more mature, fully formed adult, I have literally grown up with some of your creations.

The opportunity to have any influence at all in shaping your vision or contributing to the success of a company that has had such a tremendous influence on me would be one I would cherish and perform with an incredible passion and unimpeachable respect for those who walked the path before me.
