- Competency in preforming gathering and the documentation of requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Competency in preforming QA testing: impersonating PO, service Owners and End Users to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during the during the software development life cycle.
- Competency working in an agile-scrum environment where documentation, attention to detail and team collaboration is required. Significant project management experience and high attention to detail
- Competency working experience in GAP analysis and understanding of the AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.
- Knowledge of CMBD
