I have been in higher ed academia for the past 28 years, and I am a writer and researcher. My work involves analyzing data to tell the story of progress for programs and initiatives.
I have 28 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design and assessment in higher education. I am currently the Director of QEP and Assessment at my institution.
I have a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master’s in English from Florida State University, and a Bachelor’s in Communication, also from FSU.
