Hello there! Just a friendly chef, trying to survive in this small and chaotic city. I enjoy cooking, painting, reading, trying new cuisines, attending shows, and partaking in new experiences overall. I love learning new things, as well as sharing the knowledge that I currently have with others. Overall, a huge people person, with a personality a tad bigger than my own size.
I've been filled with a passion for cooking my entire life and have found myself fortunate enough to let it show in my past experiences. I've been in the restaurant industry since 2017, starting in the pantry at benihana, moving onto the halal guys for some time, then trying my hand at sandwich making, and now working as a cook at NBC.
I've completed some college, only a few credits short of finishing my associates degree. I currently am focused on my professional commitments, but plan to return and complete the degree when time allows.
