I inherited the baking gene from my late Grandmother, who taught me from a young age how to bake. Ever since then I have watched videos, read books about the industry and later Studied Hospitality Management along with attending what I think is the best Pastry School to learn as much as I possibly could. In my career I have worked closely with the most successful Chefs in the industry and learned as much as I possibly could from them.
Baking is more than a career for me, its a lifestyle and I absolutely love sharing it with everyone I possibly could. There is nothing better than making someone happy from a pastry that I made.
My Last Job was working at Epicerie Boulud Commissary as the Pastry Sous chef, and Acted as the Head Pastry Chef for over a year and a half. March 2023- May 2025
