Paul Olson

I am an Exercise and Rehabilitation Science major at the University of Minnesota Duluth with a strong passion for healthcare and a goal of becoming a physician's assistant. My experience as a Flex Team Member at Menards has strengthened my communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities, including training team members and providing great customer service.

I've had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, including as a Flex Team Member at Menards, where I worked throughout most of high school. I took on different tasks that helped me grow in communication, teamwork, and leadership. I trained new team members and always aimed to provide great customer service.

In addition to my work at Menards, I've spent time in seasonal jobs, like working at a ski resort during the winter and volunteering for events like Oronoco Goldrush in the summer. I also help teach a youth football camp, which is something I truly enjoy. Through all these experiences, I've realized that I find the most fulfillment when I'm helping others.

This is a value I plan to carry forward into my healthcare career, where I can make a meaningful impact.

I am a high school graduate and a freshman at the University of Minnesota Duluth, majoring in Exercise and Rehabilitation Science. I currently maintain a GPA of 3.7.
