I am a classically-trained Chef with over 32 years of experience, specializing in plant-based foods exclusively for the last 28 years. My services include facilities design, menu planning and recipe creation.
After graduating from the CIA in 1993 and working at fabled NYC restaurants such as The River Cafe and La Cote Basque, I became vegan in 1997. Since then I have been the Chef of Angelica Kitchen, Organic Grill, Organic Avenue, Quintessence, Good Catch Foods and Wicked Kitchen as well as dozens of consulting jobs across the country and abroad in countries such as England, Costa Rica and Jordan.
While I am committed to constantly learning and growing, my most relevant culinary education was at the Culinary Institute of America where I graduated in 1993.
