I've been doing Real Estate Investments since 1984 and my specialty is in the 9 varieties of Government Seized Properties. I train my students by the hour or by the type of seized real estate under contract, I'm willing to teach up to 5 students at a time in which their contract amounts become more affordable.
I've taught in the states of California, New Mexico, Kansas, Washington, Connecticut, and New York Specifically in Tax Deeded Properties. Have also taught the in's and out's of Tax Liens in many other states.
The law parameters of New Mexico, Kansas, Nevada, Texas, and Georgia because some trainings can be done through ZOOM online.
