For the last decade I have been in the customer service industry. As a service consultant, I was given the opportunity to work and serve the community around me. At Subaru, I was given the role in addition to my core work of starting the “Love Promise Champion” program.
We worked to better the work environment and enact the pillars of exemplary human traits. We refined what characteristics in the staff translated into the best customer service. As I progressed through the automotive field, I ended up managing warehouses and inventories worth several hundred thousand dollars.
With my teams, we identified what was needed to optimize turns and rapidly provide clients with the solutions they needed.
At the core, being a pillar of kindness and integrity is what allowed me to excel in those fields.
At one point, I was given the opportunity to serve Golden Colorado as a Park Ranger and directly serve the public as a first responder. To give back to the community directly gave an understanding of tact and empathy that is only taught in certain fields.
