In my Navy Career I was an electronics technician. I held a Top Secret Clearance, received a Good Conduct Medal, and was honorably discharged. After my naval career, I worked part time in a call center while attending college. I enjoyed it and was successful at it as well. I have been promoted every time I applied, and I was requested by management to join the management team, which I did. I have worked in two call centers and a rental car agency (I was the top selling CSR at my location the last six years I worked there.). My call center positions included: CSR, supervisor, team lead, manager, and co-manager of a department.
