Throughout my 17+ year professional career, I have built a solid track record of adeptly planning, implementing, and managing a range of programs, and strong technical acumen as a Security Professional and Administration Manager. I am highly accomplished in building and leading highly proficient teams capable of meeting challenges head-on to achieve operational success. I have successfully filled positions in the U.S. and internationally, where I held responsibility and accountable for financial management, human resource management, talent acquisition, DoD security program management, and served as an Executive Assistant.

I am highly accomplished in building and leading highly proficient teams capable of meeting challenges head-on to achieve operational success. I have successfully filled positions in the U.S. and internationally, where I held responsibility and accountable for financial management, human resource management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, personnel security program management, Defense Travel System administration, and served as an Executive Assistant – developing skills to cultivate collaborative relationships that drive positive engagement.

I perform well in a broad range of competencies. I currently focus my skills to meet the rigorous demands of ensuring personnel and information technology security program success. As a Security Manager, I strategically plan, launch, and supervise a range of security processes and procedures, training and leading a cadre of security specialists in all facets of operations.

My technical knowledge includes conducting inspections, audits, DoD and DoN policies and regulations, orchestrating deployments and redeployments, streamlining onboarding and training, and ensuring compliance across all personnel and organizational levels.
