I am an emergency management and operations professional with frontline EMS and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) experience, combining field response expertise with analytical decision-support capabilities. As an EMT, I developed the ability to remain calm under pressure, conduct rapid patient assessments, and make critical decisions in high-risk environments while delivering compassionate care. Transitioning into an EOC Analyst role, I support incident command through real-time situational analysis, resource tracking, intelligence reporting, and interagency coordination during active events and planned operations.

I am an emergency operations and risk focused professional with six years of experience in EMS and progressive responsibility across emergency management, security compliance, and operational analysis. Currently serving as an Emergency Operations Analyst with the Port Authority of NY & NJ, I monitor real-time incidents, analyze threat intelligence and infrastructure impacts, and support executive decision-making during emergencies and planned events while ensuring NIMS and ICS compliance. My background includes working as a Security Risk & Compliance Analyst in an armed guard assignment, where I developed audit ready documentation, enforced regulatory standards, and strengthened procedural compliance. I have also supported emergency medical dispatch operations and served as an Operations Analyst for Phillips 66, analyzing response data, improving SOPs, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. My foundation as an EMT spanning six years in high volume urban systems strengthened my ability to perform under pressure, document accurately, and prioritize safety, compliance, and coordinated response across complex operational environments.
