As a B2B & B2C Customer Service Representative at Lufthansa Group, I support both travel agents and individual customers with flight reservations, ticket changes, lost & found cases, and additional travel services. I assist travel agencies with booking management, fare rules, and operational inquiries, while ensuring private passengers receive efficient problem resolution and a smooth travel experience from booking to arrival. This is a new and exciting challenge for me because it allows me to learn more about the aviation industry.

As a customer service representative at Zalando, I was responsible for assisting customers via chat, email, and phone. In this role I learned how to look up and refund payments for customers, track packages, initiate investigations for lost packages, and provide information about discounts and prices on the website. This experience was very valuable and enjoyable for me, especially because I have a strong interest in fashion.

I have learned how to communicate and empathize with my people. I have learned to work systematically and to say what I think based on facts.
