I’ve worked 25 years as a cook mostly making salads for the salad bar. But also have experience in the grill. I know how to cook all proteins at temperature. Before being a cook I also worked at a grocery store for 5 years as a stock boy. I’m a very hard worker always try to maintain my workplace clean and I’ve always enjoyed working in the kitchen Ive Worked so much butting vegetables that I have calluses but I love preparing food .

I’ve worked for 25 years at the cellar bar and grill located on 1880 century park east los Angeles. Before I worked at the Santa Glenn market that was on century city I was a stock boy for 4, years. My first job was picking grapes in dinuba California.
