I am a 32 years old and I’ve spent my whole life in Customer service, and I mean my whole life. My father was a pastor so even at a young age I spent time in food banks and soup kitchens serving the community. So when I got a job, the natural choice was customer service, because not only was I passionate about it, I was good at it!
