I bring extensive experience with ESRI products, including ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro, supported by over five years of academic project work and two years of professional experience. Since 2017, I have developed skills in preparing GIS databases, conducting analysis and mapping, and performing field surveys.
I have over 3 years of hands-on experience in GIS and spatial analysis through academic, research, and internship roles. I have worked as a Graduate Assistant at Sam Houston State University and as a Research Assistant at the National Disaster Preparedness Training Center. My work included managing GIS data, creating maps and dashboards using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online, performing spatial analysis, and supporting infrastructure and disaster planning projects.
I also have experience in transportation, urban planning, and field data collection using GPS.
I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Geographic Information Systems at Sam Houston State University, with a strong focus on geospatial analysis, remote sensing, cartography, and Python for GIS. I also hold a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Alabama A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology in Bangladesh.
