I have been in the management field for many years. Always in some type of customer service.
I have an associate's degree in medical Billing and Coding; I have not found it useful in too many things I have chosen to do. I recently stepped down from a job in the ED in the hospital where I worked with the EPIC program. I collected demographics, filed insurance collected co pays, and scheduled PTS for surgery.
