I am a seasoned Los Angeles property manager with substantial experience overseeing class-A, trophy assets—including some of the most significant properties in the Los Angeles area—for institutional owners. I have driven tremendous operational and financial excellence at every property under my leadership. Most recently, this includes improving cash flow through a 30% increase in property occupancy, strengthening foot traffic through consumer engagement initiatives and targeted events, and strategic budgeting that has resulted in sub 5% variances.

The property was an adaptive reuse project from the historic Alameda Square complex.

•Oversee the complex daily operations of ROW DTLA, a 32-acre, six-building property totaling 1.4 million square feet in The Arts District •Oversee a $30 million annual budget and more than $50 million in annual revenue •Host investors at the property to demonstrate the success of the larger real estate portfolio •Oversee an operations team of three and a larger team of more than 60 onsite staff •Optimized property operations, appearance and function to drive an increase in occupancy from 63% to 82%. The property currently leads the Downtown Los Angeles submarket in office occupancy. •Conduct budget oversight and regular internal audits of spending and contracts to consistently perform under the annual budget • Implemented procedures and practices to optimize the performance of third-party vendors and maximize the productivity of onsite staff •Developed and led a security initiative, which included hiring a new security director, overhauling security patrol routes and schedules, leveraging our relationship with our local senior lead officer (SLO) and hosting coffee with a cop events, resulting in a meaningful decrease in theft and an increase safety •Executed RFPs and renegotiated vendor contracts, resulting up to 10% savings per contract. •Manage high-profile celebrity tenants, providing high-touch service •Fostered strong relationships with office and retail tenant that has resulted in dozens of lease renewals •Act as the liaison between operations and the events staff to help execute large, high-profile events, including concerts, art shows, trade shows and the Christmas Market •Serve as first point of contact for tenant build-outs and improvement plans at the property, coordinating with all stakeholders to execute plans in accordance with internal property standards and external regulatory requirements and building codes •Established relationships with the city and elected officials to activate community engagement and best advocate for the property and ownership
