I have spent ten-plus years working in a variety of bar and restaurant concepts, typically I serve those in a management capacity. I have a strong foundation in managing inventory, costs, scheduling, and staff. Having spent years as a working bartender and server and that background has magnified my ability to understand the needs of a business and how to make it profitable, organized, and successful.
