I’ve spent the last decade and a half working in the retail industry, moving from advisor to manager to now Sales Consultant. My current role is focused on creating premium solutions for clients, managing their orders and building relationships and retention.
In 2023 I received my Bachelors in Sociology and am looking to pivot in careers to Social Services. My name is Rob, and I’m here to help.
I started my retail career in 2007 at GameStop helping customers pick out video games and hardware. I rode through the ranks to eventually become Store Manager in 2013 where I led and trained a team of ten associates.
in 2017 I moved to Best Buy and started as a sales person in Home Theater. I moved through specialty roles, gaining more sales acumen and customer service experience until I became a Sales Consultant focused on selling premium solutions.
I just received my Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology at Saint Joseph’s University in 2023. My final class was a thesis project where I did a content analysis on levels of violence in children’s cartoons.
