years of experience developing and instructing law enforcement training curriculum for basic recruits, advanced officers, SWAT officers, and other government agencies. Field experience also includes Patrol, Undercover Narcotics, School Resource Officer, Supervising a Dispatch
Center, Criminal Investigations, Internal Affairs, Executive Protection, and 10 years SWAT with a focus on active shooter training. As an instructor, I developed several in-service courses for the law enforcement community and led seminars for corporate professionals on areas vital to public safety and law enforcement-related issues.
