I oversee supervisors and all production lines to meet sales quota for the month as well as cover for the acting plant manager when he's out of the office. Currently I set the production schedule, do data entry and oversee the traffic department. I am also getting more into the operations side.

TEAM LEADER - CS MANUFACTURING

(2008-05 - 2021-02)

Started as an Operator, responsible for packing quality parts. (1 1/2yrs). Then I was promoted to an area called GP12, where I inspected parts per the customers standards before shipping to our customers, (2yrs). After that I was promoted to a quality auditor where I was responsible to gauge and compare parts to a master part that was customer approved.

This made sure the operators were packing quality parts, (2 1/2yrs) I then got another promotion to team leader. I now manage a work cell of 11 presses, I make sure operators are doing their jobs per work instructions, as well as making sure we are making quality parts and maintaining efficiencies. I also handle customers when they come to the shop while samples are running.

I also am responsible for pre/morning paper work as well as end of day paper work, (3yrs) I am now a supervisor. I am responsible for making sure team leaders are doing the job as well as quality auditors, utility and process technicians, and material handlers, I also check employees time for payroll, disciplinary actions as well problem solving on better efficiency.
