I'm a self modified person that requires little to no supervison. I work well with others and willing to assist to complete task in a timely manner. I worked with the public for over 20 years in Law Enforcement.

I have attended numerous classes and seminars for dealing with all types of individuals going through all different stages of their lives. I consider myself a fast learner and will to learn new things to enhance my job performance. I have some college credit but have numerous certificates in cultural diveristy, CIT which how to navigate individuals with different types of mental health or behavioral health issues.

I problem solve issues rather quickly. I have been a Supervisor of a manufacturing line for a Window production company. I supervised up to 20 individuals at a time.

I feel I'm well rounded in dealing with any type of individuals. I have transitioned from Public Service to Manufacturing and learning how assemble works and how to make changes to assist in making it more effecient.

While being a Supervisor I attended Supervisor training, CI training, I was Supervisor for the Emergency Brigade with handle all medical and environmental issues that occurred during the shift. While in Law Enforcement I was Certified in Crash investigation, an instructor in SFST which recognize person being impaired for both Drug and Alcohol.
