Rogelio Gasper

I am presently a student at the University of Texas at San Antonio, pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Finance, and I have accumulated two and a half years of experience in the retail sector.

I worked for three different retail stores: American Eagle, Pacsun, and Express. I am currently employed at both American Eagle and Pacsun. As a Sales Associate at Pacsun and American Eagle, I undertook various responsibilities, including cashier duties such as accepting payments, issuing receipts, and accurately counting change.

I built relationships with customers by providing exemplary customer service. Additionally, I executed floor moves, maintained merchandise displays, and ensured that sales areas were clean, organized, and well-stocked. I consistently stayed informed about sales promotions, return policies, and security practices.

Furthermore, I organized backroom areas to maintain a tidy work environment and restocked shelves with merchandise, ensuring that product displays were orderly and aesthetically appealing. I also adeptly processed returns, exchanges, and refunds in strict accordance with company policies.

An Associate of Arts from Northwest Vista College and enrolled at UTSA after Fall 2024.
