I am a graduate of Kilgore College in East Texas with a degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology – A.A.S.
I am currently seeking a more challenging, hands-on position with a progressive company where I can apply my experience and knowledge toward a permanent career in the Safety Industry and related fields.
I have always been vigilant in my approach towards safety, in professional and personal settings. I am fully committed to maintaining positive and effective safety cultures. I am a self-starter, a quick learner, and am able to work well under any conditions. I have good interpersonal skills and I am able to communicate effectively and get along well with others.
I have worked in the Oil & Gas Industry since 2010 in both QHSE and Operational capacities. My most recent Oil & Gas experience has been on rig and yard locations in
West Texas and New Mexico. I’ve also worked internationally in Malaysia, Singapore,
Western Africa, and Cape Town. My international experiences include working on platform operations, shipyard commissions, and corporate management settings.
Post-COVID, I’ve ventured into various roles in industries outside of Oil & Gas.
Although not a directly required job responsibility, I parlayed my previous experience into new roles by applying QHSE practices to all areas of operations focusing on continuous improvement and safe work practices.
I work well with a team or individually to achieve positive results in any situation. I would, at my own expense, obtain any additional certifications or training courses necessary for employment.
