I recently completed my Master's in Service Design at SCAD, where I honed my expertise in creating seamless and user-centric experiences across various touchpoints. Throughout my studies, I immersed myself in understanding the intersection of design, technology, and human behavior, gaining proficiency in applying design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems. My coursework emphasized strategic thinking, user research, prototyping, and iterative testing to develop innovative service solutions.
