I am an administrator/counselor/educator/husband/father and grandfather. I have worked at a top-level supervisory position for sixteen years in education. I have also, as you can see, worked in a hospital setting.
Wherever I worked, we maintained the process of Best Practices, and followed the latest research in serving our students, their families, and our patients. We did our own in-house studies seeking out the best, most efficient ways of providing services to and working with our current populations and adapting our processes of delivering services to that data. I excel at problem solving and conflict resolution. I am results oriented. If it doesn’t work, change it.
With my degrees and experience, mostly in the private sector, but also in the public, I have found that preparation and planning, using the current information, is imperative to providing appropriate services. I look forward to continuing to work in an atmosphere that will allow me to use my skills, experience, and passion to aid those in need. I look forward to hearing from you and discussing how I can best serve your organization.
I am flexible and a good listener and an excellent and creative problem-solver. I don’t mind getting my feet wet or being in the trenches. My best asset is relationship building.I am trustworthy and can be trusted.Loyalty is a value I hold dearly, and it comes across in my work ethic.
