• I've held leadership and management roles across tech, finance, and live events, with a strong focus on client relationships, business development, and customer experience.
• At GadellNet Consulting Services (2023–2025), I managed SMB account relationships, as a primary contact for customer service, aligned solutions with business and operational goals, and renewed contracts.
• At Bitcoin IRA (2021–2023), I was the Strategic Relationships Manager, driving enterprise onboarding, sales funnel redesign, and revenue growth for alternative financial asset providers.
• At New Direction Trust Company (2015-2017) & (2019–2021): I oversaw Inside Sales and Client education. I built and developed sales funnel framework, managed team culture, and strengthened B2B partnerships.
