Ryan Elliott

I am currently an full time Application Support Engineer for a major media publishing company. I am also a part time customer service lead for a government agency. I have been involved in both of these areas for about 10 years. My love/passion revolves around anything associated with aviation. I am also currently studying the Japanese language. My intention is to achieve N3 by end of 2024 and N2 by end of 2025.

• 15 years in customer service/lead positions. This customer service experience ranges from full service restaurants to government roles. 
• Several years of experience related to Project Management and Liason positions. 
• Over 6 years of experience operating in a Application Support Engineer role, including involvement with script-writing, Linux, VSC, Github and other applicable environments. 

• Graduated from Phoebus High School in 2011
• Norfolk State University (2011 - 2014). Majoring in Information Assurance.
