I have been in the restaurant industry since high school (2015). Im very passionate about making people happy through food. I'm knowledgeable about foh and boh operations. I'm a reliable team player who always strives for perfection. Throughout the years I've honed in my craft working on grills, flattops, smokers, steamers, fryers, tilt skillets, ovens, mixing machines, etc. I can follow instruction and recipes for prep work. I am a strong multitasker especially during lunch and dinner services. I am able to take any challenge and conquer it.
